Our Guarantee & Repair Service
Every Alterme Home cushion is crafted to last. We guarantee your cushion for 3 years from the date of purchase. If your cushion requires a repair within this time, I offer a complimentary repair service — simply send it back to the studio and I’ll take care of the rest. (Please note: return postage is covered by the customer.)
This guarantee applies to stitching, seams and craftsmanship — a reflection of the care that goes into every handmade piece.
Handmade Construction & Handling
Each cushion cover is hand‑stitched, so gentle handling is essential.
Insert cushion pads slowly and carefully to avoid stress on the seams
Avoid pulling or forcing pads into corners
Plump feather pads daily to maintain shape and loft
Rotate cushions occasionally to ensure even wear
These small habits help your pieces stay beautiful for longer.

Wash on a cool, gentle cycle
